Ive purchased several times but the last bottle the taste was very different and so bitter. Being that I had purchased multiples times I threw that bottle away because I wasnt sure if it was old or tainted. I wasnt willing to take the chance. Berberine is excellent for reducing blood sugars. I prefer liquid supplements because I feel they get in to the blood stream quicker? Will have to find a new brand.
