I take this with vitamin B1 B- enfotiamine with B1, 5X Time Fat & Water Soluble Thiamine B1 Supplement bc some drs on internet said it would help with fluid retention in my legs feet ankles. now I take a water pill also. but I still had nerve pain in feet on side and top like burning or needles. 2 days later after using both products bc you need bioavailable b1 with magnesium and potassium to work properly for that. 2x a day so 4 doses, and I have no more pain in feet. WOW. sold for life. I think the arthritis in my hands is feeling a lot better also.

I started taking the liquid form to cut down on pills. It is good quality and easy to take. This has my cholesterol in my bloodwork showing normal where it was extremely high.That’s all it takes to get better results and I will continue to use this rather than pills. The taste is not bad. I have more energy.
