Good product and easy to swallow

They seem to help. I had tried these before and I like that it has the additional vitamin D and K2 in the supplement. They have coated it so it's slightly different than the clear version but this one is so much better than a popular nature supplement that I recently bought. I'm showing a few pictures because the small yellowish one is this item which is easy to swallow and the larger white one has the same magnesium but so difficult and hard to swallow from another brand that I had to throw that away because I was ready to choke.
