I wasnt sure what to expect when I purchased this product health wise. First of all the taste wasnt bad at all (thats a game changer for me), the taste allowed me to be more consistent with taking it. Within the first few days I experienced a flushing out of sorts (using the restroom more than usual for about two days) then I experienced a reduction in my appetite. I cant say I lost pounds ( because I never weigh myself) but I can say my clothes felt looser and several people told me it looked like I was losing weight!!! Ive ordered this product several times back to back. I read that you take it for about 4 weeks and then give yourself a couple weeks off I really like it.
I lost 12 lbs over the course of 6 weeks, I’m 28F & gained about 30 lbs after I turned 25. I was losing and gaining the same 5 lbs for years and this helped me lose weight & keep it off. I was 183 in march 2024 & I was weighed at my next doctor appointment to be 171. Also helped with hyperpigmentation on my body & got rid of PCOS belly.
Taste not objectionable. I hold it under my tongue until gone.
Thus is a great deal, two berberine bottles, for me it seems to work, either way it doesn't taste bad or anything so it's fine, not much more I can say other than this was a good long lasting value.
