Do your research. Turns out I got lucky, and these did help with muscle spasms from what was probably a magnesium deficiency combined with a severe sprain and avulsion fracture. Having the added calcium, K2, and D3 included was probably a significant contribution to my healing process, as I was still able to hit the pacific-crest-trail trail only half a year later. I never had any digestive issues from this supplement. And I tended to have less sleep interruptions when I took them before bed.
